Energy management
- The method of collecting energy consumption information automatically through interoperation with SiManger or SiBEMS and the manual input method are supported.
Work management
- The works generated by preventive examination, civil petitions, and work plans/orders are checked on the Work Processing Status Screen, and processed in the order of works actually completed by selecting and clicking the work objects in the system.
Construction management
- If a construction work is required to be carried out for facility management, as the system is organized in the work processing way of managing and checking the progress in the works of the contractor, the person in charge of facility who uses the system for the first time can use the system easily accustoming to the system.

Mobile function (option)
- Timeliness and efficiency of work can be enhanced by utilizing system information via wireless communication (WiFi/CDMA/RFID) using an industrial PDA during an on-site work.
